FLEXIDYN VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and has therefore established the following Cancellation & Refund Policy for orders placed on our website.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Orders already communicated to vendors/merchants or in shipping process cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Cancellation is not allowed for certain categories such as perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers, etc.).
  • However, replacement or refund may be considered if the delivered product is defective or of poor quality.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests will be processed only after verification by our team and/or the respective merchant.
  • You may be required to provide proof (such as images or videos) to support your claim.

4. Product Not as Described

  • If the product received does not match the description or your expectations, you must report it within 7 days of receipt.
  • After review, our Customer Support team will determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after approval of the request.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in product appearance
