Return & Refund Policy

At Rig Mentor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue quickly and fairly.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is damaged during transit and is delivered in unusable condition.
  • The product received is incomplete or has missing items.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any claim related to damaged products, missing items, incorrect products, transit damage, or shortages, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
  • Show the package being opened.
  • Show all contents of the package.
  • Be recorded without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in rejection of claims relating to damaged, missing, incorrect, or transit-damaged products.

For manufacturing defects that become apparent after unboxing, additional photos, videos, or supporting evidence may be requested for verification.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (where applicable)
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

4. Inspection and Approval

Once the return request is received, our team will review the submitted information and may request additional evidence if required.

If the claim is approved, Rig Mentor may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Issue a full refund
  • Issue a partial refund where appropriate

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect product being delivered, return shipping costs may be borne by Rig Mentor.
  • Customers must not return any product without prior authorization from our support team.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

The time required for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is not provided for claims involving transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, or shortages.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, mishandling, improper installation, accidents, modification, or unauthorized repair.
  • The product has been used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
  • The issue is caused by software configuration, user error, power fluctuations, inadequate ventilation, environmental conditions, overheating, or other external factors beyond Rig Mentor's control.
  • Sufficient evidence supporting the claim is not provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rig Mentor's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Rig Mentor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, profit, revenue, or data loss arising from the use of any product purchased from us.
